A few things to caution others. I have had many surgeries so have been lucky enough to have 4 other physical therapists + practices to compare vibrantcare with. The therapists - this office has no specialties like sports therapy. The therapist assigned to me did an intake and it was immediately clear they were unable to treat me responsibly. The staff at VibrantCare Rehabilitation Inc gave me professional and awesome customer service. They made me feel very important. I have been receiving OT from Eileen Li (hand specialist) at VibrantCare (Castro Valley) for the past few months and have been extremely pleased with the treatment sessions and results. Eileen has provided excellent care and has helped me regain strength and flexibility in my left thumb. Eileen is a great asset to Vibrant Care and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing hand therapy.
