Very disorganized and lack of a solid management. I had an appointment. One day before the appointment, they called me saying that you are scheduled for tomorrow. When I went there, they told me we don't have a contract with your insurance as the result they refused to see me, while they have received my referral weeks ago.They wasted my time not only coming to their clinical, but also I have to call my insurance to send my referral to another physical therapy center, which takes months.
