Just ok. Gets the job done, kinda. More than likely you’ll be there because not many good places in the area seem to take blue cross/blue shield insurance. Have been referred many times for hip pain. Each time a travel PT was my therapist. They don’t have a permanent PT on staff so the care can be inconsistent. It’s also hard to know if they even review the treatment plan or notes the other PT leaves.
I'm currently going here for a job related injury and I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and professional the staff were here. Trish my Physical Therapist, was extremely knowledgeable about my condition and about why I was experiencing what I was experiencing, she was extremely helpful with getting me range of motion exercises and light stretching I can do at home, muscle stimulation etc, I was given 5 star treatment here and I look forward to coming back!
