The staff were unable to assist with billing and continually gave me incorrect information regarding co-pays due for each visit. I even tried to show them what my insurance company was telling me with no success. They never re-verified my benefits the multiple times that i requested. And when trying to contact the main billing office they were extremely rude. I will never go here again. There customer service is seriously lacking.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Not pushy or over bearing. The equipment could use some updating but, it serves it's purposes. It would be nice to see some inversion tables, lap-pools or whirl-pools! Over all this is a very good place to go when you need a little help after an injury or surgery.
