I’ve been trying to reach out to them for almost a week, but no one has responded, and the customer service quality is very poor.

I had a pinched nerve in my hip and achieved significant improvement after 3 visits. I continued the program at home and now am fully recovered. The exercises were straight forward and the physical therapist was very knowledgeable and helpful. I particularly appreciated the printouts of the exercises that I could take home. Very glad I was referred here and would genuinely recommend this to anyone.
