I took off work to go there and I couldn't find it but I was still only 10 minutes late and even though they have sign that says to "ALL VibrantCare customers if you are more than 15 minutes late we will re-schedule you." They said they already gave me appointment away, so I said "Ok I'll take the next time slot that he was supposed to have" but they were nasty and refused.
