I can’t say enough good things about my appointment with Jessica today! Being a first time client, I wasn't sure what to expect, but she immediately made me feel comfortable. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and delivered the exact style I wanted. I left feeling fantastic. I’ve definitely found my new go-to hairdresser!. Getting a great haircut is one thing, but her great energy and kind personality were such a sweet bonus.

(UPDATE) The salon reached out to apologize for the inconveniences and offered a complimentary fix-up with one of their senior stylists, Megan. Megan was professional, friendly, and communicative, ensuring that I received the haircut that I initially wanted.
