Painful experience of having zero outcomes and very bad customer service. I have requested for a refund on procedures that gave zero% outcome. I went for hair straightening and she recommended Brazilian blowout/ burnt my skin, and now claims this procedure doesn't straighten hair. Didn't give the colour I had asked for- roots were still gray after washing immediately. She said that is how it is.
