I went to see Dr Sharma with a radiology report from a hospital. She barely looked at it and told me everything was fine. Later that same day, the hospital called me urgently to return for another biopsy. The report clearly indicated a high risk for cancer and recommended further investigation. It was devastating to realize that such a serious finding had been ignored. This kind of negligence could have delayed life-saving care. good doctor, bad receptionist. the receptionist should be fired due to their consistent laziness, unprofessionalism, being unable to organize and schedule things, and lying about booking appointments. extremely frustrating.
Nurse Shiela is always professional, knowledgeable, caring and everything I think a great Nurse should be. She has been providing great medical services for years. The doctors here are also really great. Grateful for their team. Dr. Rotundo and Dr. Meglis are two of the best doctors I’ve ever met. The reception staff are rude and unprofessional. They are argumentative and interrupt you, and outright lie. Terrible customer service.
