Your place in queue is not respected. I asked for any doctor just for my son to be attended the soonest. They assigned us to a particular one while 3 people who arrived after us were attended by a different doctor before us.
The middle-aged receptionist at this walk-in clinic is consistently rude and unprofessional. Every time I come in, she seems miserable and makes patients feel like we’re bothering her just by being there. She speaks abruptly, gives attitude without reason, and is quick to dismiss people without clear communication. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, but this feels like an ongoing issue. Called in said they were open until 12 and came in around 10:40 and said they were closed.
The doctor mixed up my records with another patient, appeared very rushed, and failed to verify or confirm key information even though I asked to. This left me concerned about the quality and safety of the care I received.
