The middle-aged receptionist at this walk-in clinic is consistently rude and unprofessional. Every time I come in, she seems miserable and makes patients feel like we’re bothering her just by being there. Called in said they were open until 12 and came in around 10:40 and said they were closed.
The doctor mixed up my records with another patient, appeared very rushed, and failed to verify or confirm key information even though I asked to. This left me concerned about the quality and safety of the care I received.
Helped me with a stubborn cough prescribing the right treatment
I went to see Dr Sharma with a radiology report from a hospital. She barely looked at it and told me everything was fine. Later that same day, the hospital called me urgently to return for another biopsy. The report clearly indicated a high risk for cancer and recommended further investigation. It was devastating to realize that such a serious finding had been ignored. This kind of negligence could have delayed life-saving care.
