I had a patio and steps installed and when the steps were installed they were not flush to the house. There was a gap between the steps and the house. I would have appreciated if this was brought to my attention when they were installed, but instead I had to inquire about it. An ugly piece of limestone was placed between the steps and the house - I guess Ian thought I wouldn't notice ??? When I asked ' why ' I was told the steps were defective.
