My appointment began when I walked into a warm casual office. From check-in to exam completion I felt comfortable with the entire process. Dr. Martin is fantastic. She is thorough, easy to talk to and explains technical items in easy to understand terms.
Just walked in and received immediate help with mother’s hearing aid. Left happy.
