I ordered a product from Vibrant Health that I had previously enjoyed, not knowing that the formula had been changed to include stevia as an ingredient (I want my taste buds and stomach to enjoy stevia but they just don’t 🫤). I called to initiate a return of the product after having opened it, expecting to be issued a store credit per the company’s return policy. Wonderful company--truly high-quality nutritional products in an industry plagued with far-less-scrupulous manufacturers. Their customer service is also top-notch---extremely responsive and friendly. I've never had any problems with returns and very prompt refunds even when it was my fault that I let a subscription continue that I'd intended to cancel. Lovely to deal with on every level and a company I'm happy to support and root for!
