Thank goodness I found Lisa's chair yoga class. Just what both my physical and mental state needed. My hips and knees are so grateful to Lisa's patient and consistent encouragement, never making someone feel out of place or hopeless trying to bend or find peace just in learning to breathe correctly. I have been attending Lisa's chair yoga classes for a while now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.
