Hello, my name is Laura . I have been going to Universal healing arts yoga class with instructor Lisa. This is my first yoga class ever, I have been so happy and enthused to go every Wednesday with Lisa. She’s absolutely wonderful and has a new spin on something every class. I would highly recommend this yoga class for anyone who really wants to feel fit and get a good sense of spiritual well-being 🧘💕

Lisa is an incredible yoga teacher! Her classes are the perfect balance of mindfulness, challenge, and relaxation. She gives clear guidance, offers helpful adjustments, and creates such a welcoming space for all levels. I always leave her sessions feeling grounded, strong, and at peace. I absolutely love working with Lisa at Vibrant Glo Wellness and Beauty. She did a custom meditation for me. It was clearly done just for me with things we had spoken about and the use of my name throughout. She’s so sweet and very attentive. I highly recommend!!

Thank goodness I found Lisa's chair yoga class. Just what both my physical and mental state needed. My hips and knees are so grateful to Lisa's patient and consistent encouragement, never making someone feel out of place or hopeless trying to bend or find peace just in learning to breathe correctly. A lovely lady. Thank you Lisa for bringing such a good vibe into our lives.
