I can not even begin to describe how incompetent 'Doctor', and I use the term loosely, Portuondo is. So far, she hasn't shown almost any knowledge of my conditions and knows even less about medications in general. She may or may not have forgotten to tell me about blood work that was supposed to get done for over a year. I had my prenatal care here, had a home birth April 2019 with Dr. Portuondo, and now she is baby's primary care doctor. I plan to come back here for any future prenatal care i will need or for any family care i need. This place is amazing, everything i look for in a family doctor. Very welcoming, friendly, comfortable, informative, and it feels like home. I had a home birth in March 2018 with Dr. Portuondo. Great and affordable care, wonderful experience, and exactly what I needed for prenatal and postnatal care. My son and I continue to have Dr. Portuondo as our PCP and are very happy with the care and services provided.
