This place is absolutely horrible. The only reason it has 3.9 stars out 5 is because they are counting the time it was still Vibrant credit union. Couple of good people leftover from Vibrant. The rest of them are a joke. Great Lakes credit union is a joke. I called customer service over 90 minutes ago and was told I was the 4th caller on the list and would receive a call back, still nothing. I just called again and it says there are 7 people in front of me. Makes since if there is only 1 call rep I guess. And the first guy h... read more
Worst credit union ever I deposited a check from my lawyer and the lady said it had a 2 day hold turns out it was a 6 day hold them they closed my account I do not recommend this credit union
