Very disappointing that credit and debit cards are not working on one of the busiest days of the year. I understand that Christmas Eve should be spent with family but what kind of bank doesn’t notify their customers that their cards will not be working and then closes without any notice?

I provided Executor papers for my brothers estate last Wednesday Dec. 11th. I called today to get information and was told I haven’t been added to the account yet. I have business I need to take care of on his behalf. Why do you make members wait for days during already stressful times.

make sure all employees in the call center read and on same page as the next. Every time I call I get told different things until they read and that's after going through 4 people not everyone wants to escalate above another person.

I have been a member of this Credit Union for almost 15 years. One phone call from a very rude employee today changed that. I immediately went to my closest branch and pulled my money out of my account and closed it. I have never been spoken to as I was today! I called and asked to speak to Matt the CEO/President and was told he doesn’t usually speak to the members in regards to complaints and they will forward the info to him. I thought Vibrants claim to fame was “they are the best darn credit union”. Lies!

MY HUSBAND AND I JUST HAD OUR 1ST VIBRANT EXPERIENCE, AND IT WAS VERY REFRESHING. WE WILL RETURN.

Vibrant just switched over to a new checking account feature, if you log into your account and you don’t see your checking account don’t be alarmed it’s just a “ small glitch in the system”. Yep that’s what they told me, ridiculous! Perhaps letting the members know that this is a possibility would be an excellent idea don’t you think?
