Your customer service in pathetic. How do you sit there and tell me I don't pay a bill out of my account when I use my app. each month and it has my account number right there? 10 minutes of you telling me that it comes out of my husband's checking acctwhen we do not even have access to each other's account! DO NOT SIT THERE AND TELL ME I DON'T UNDERSTAND. I KNOW WHERE MY MONEY COMES FROM!! We have our bills set up so we are each responsible for certain things!!

How can you make a dying man get in a wheel Chair and come down to your location to prove his wife can access her own money?! What’s wrong with you people!!?! Disgusting.

Looking forward to closing my account. All of the ATMs were taken down. Then because they can’t handle the traffic in their branches they assign half of their staff to cash only transactions. The poor wait times, lacking customer service, multiple changes of “account types”, and debit/credit card processing errors make it nearly impossible to use them as your primary financial institution.

I am revising my recommendation - I was impacted by the Christmas Eve Debit/Credit card down situation & I appreciate Vibrant for making it right. Although I still feel it's changed alot since they took it over from DHCU but I do feel they are trying so for that reason I will give them a do recommend instead of don't.

It honestly made my day to see that $100 had been deposited into my account for my debit card not working in Christmas Eve (check hour savings if your debit card was declined). I was only slightly inconvenienced when I had needed to stop for gas and food on the way home to visit my family, but I can understand and how frustrating the situation was for people who had put off their shopping until the very last minute. Vibrant genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. ❤️❤️❤️

Use better technology, texts for alert notifications or when the system is denying credit or debit card purchases, etc.
