I got a frozen shoulder, and my doctor recommended that I undergo six weeks of physical therapy. I went in today for my final session, and I have already recovered to over 90% of my previous mobility. When I first started, I could barely lift my arm and would even be woken up by the pain at night; however, things improved week after week. I would like to extend a special thank you to Yulin Hu—she is a highly professional physical therapist.

I’ve been going to Vibrant Care for a few months for my torn meniscus. My therapist EJ is amazing and really takes the time to work with me. He understands my progress and limitations and is able to suggest creative ways of bringing improvement to my recovery. Highly recommend him for your physical therapy needs.

I’ve had debilitating patella tendinitis for years. While training for the SF marathon, it really flared up, and I was directed to VibrantCare for physical therapy. It is no exaggeration when I say…it has been LIFE CHANGING! Not only do I feel ready for my marathon, I feel more or less pain free most days of the week…all thanks to Dr. Yulin Hu and the amazing Vibrant Care team.
