Awesome place to get a full body workout in less than 20 minutes
Amazing service, everything is under one roof, and the sun bed and infrared are great. My stiff joints are gone. Angela, the owner, is always happy to help me out and always has time for a little chat. My health has improved since I used their services.
Living Being Well is a little sanctuary for me I try to go every day because it helps me reset mentally and physically. The 15 minutes on the Vibra-Train, followed by the red light therapy or the sauna is exactly what I need. I feel so much stronger since using the Vibra-Train regularly, I’ve really noticed the difference! The red light therapy has also been helping with my post-surgery scars, which I'm so happy about.
