Received a bill on 7/23/26 with a statement date of 4/23/25 for services rendered on 1/3/26 at an urgent care I went to for treatment. The bill was for 3 CPT codes 87637, 87801, and 87651. 87637 is a comprehensive code that covered the tests billed under the other 2 codes meaning it’s likely those would have been denied if they were billed with a modifier as they should have been or bundled.. because it wasn’t, my bill was for $194.71! Is this even a legit company? The guy couldn't tell me anything except that I allegedly went to urgent care for the flu (which I don't recall)A YEAR AGO and I'm just now getting a bill. I'm thinking this is some kind of scam. He heavy sighed and told me to call the urgent care office. I said " they're not the ones sending me a bill, you are". He hung up.
Just received a bill for the first time for services rendered in April 2025. A year later and this is the first communication from this company, AND THEY HAVE OUR STATUS IN DEFAULT. Maybe it's just me, but if you're unable to process claims within 6 months to almost a year, maybe they should be forgiven? The money obviously wasn't important in the fiscal year of 2025.
SWITCHED MY SAMPLES!!!! If I could give this place a zero I definitely would!!!! I went to my doctors office for my routine bloodwork and urine sample, they then send them over to Vibra. Well, I got the results back on my urine and it came back positive for cocaine and opiates!!! These idiots switched my urine sample with somebody else’s!!!! THIS IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This is my livelihood we’re talking about and this is very very serious!!! Someone needs to lose their job!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Horrible customer service, labs done incorrectly. I would not recommend them at all.
