SWITCHED MY SAMPLES!!!! If I could give this place a zero I definitely would!!!! I went to my doctors office for my routine bloodwork and urine sample, they then send them over to Vibra. Well, I got the results back on my urine and it came back positive for cocaine and opiates!!! These idiots switched my urine sample with somebody else’s!!!! THIS IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This is my livelihood we’re talking about and this is very very serious!!! Someone needs to lose their job!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Horrible customer service, labs done incorrectly. I would not recommend them at all.
Lots of negative reviews? THE SOLUTION is this lab should allow patients to view all of their lab results in the patient portal like Great Lakes Lab, DMC and everyone else. It’s their blood and their right as a human. Please fix….
The worst customer service! Anytime you call them, they keep you on hold for at least 15 minutes before they hang up on you; you call back, they pick up the line but don’t talk! Plus their results service is veryyy slow!!!!
