I took my teenager to see Dr. Kumar today. I was bracing for a long wait, but we were in and out in 1 hour and 45 minutes. (I know many people mention the time.) That included the paperwork, EKG, echo, and visit with the doctor. That is a more than reasonable amount of time to be there with eveything done. They let me know upfront EXACTLY what my costs would be because we have a PCP, which I appreciated. I felt like Dr. Kumar listened to us and spent time explaining my son’s diagnosis. Wish I could give them a 5 stars but the wait is ridiculous.
So far, it has been 2 and a 1/2 hours waiting for a follow up appointment will not be coming back to this slow place. It is worth the drive to Albuquerque.We will keep the insurance money in new mexico
