Dr Thomas And staff are very knowledgeable and friendly
This was my first visit and it was a very good experience. Everyone was extremely kind and efficient. This includes the receptionist, nurse, phlebotomist, and Dr. Thomas. Dr. Thomas did not rush the visit, explained things thoroughly and patiently answered any questions I had.
I have my appointment set for 11:00AM. I showed up 20 minutes early and spent another 30 minutes before getting my vitals done and my provider still wasn’t at my appointment at 12:00PM. It’s after 12 and I’m still waiting for the doctor. I used my PTO to be here and this is my first appointment. I wish I could be compensated for my wasted time.
