Went after a workout to get a smoothie, I was lost when I went inside bc it didn’t look like a smoothie place but the owner was so nice. She asked about what I liked and didn’t like on my smoothie, she put idk what type of herbs but it was really good.

The owner of this market, Erica makes you feel at home upon entering and greets you with a big smile and a complimentary shot of something healing you probably didn't know you needed. She makes everything in front of you and provides holistic advice that really helps. This plane warms the soul and promotes overall wellness.
Erica is fantastic. This place is amazing. From the warm prepped foods, to the basics for clean eating. She has earned a long time customer. If your looking for locally sourced products she has it or can get it. It's nice having someone who cares about my body, instead of the dollars I'm spending at their store.
