Gloria's hybrid class was really great: the perfect mix of pilates and strength training. Plus, her energy is contagious!

I don't usually write reviews but the old but new school Vibrational Workout for the Mind, Body and Spirit is transformative from day 1! I did a Booty Vibez class with Catherine and she was such an open personality full of life and energy! Catherine help me on a personal level to make it to the class so that I can begin my journey without delay! Had such a great experience here! The lady at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming, which set a really positive tone right from the start. The instructor was incredibly supportive throughout the class and made the whole workout both fun and motivating. I tried the Booty 45 class, and honestly, it was amazing — a totally different style of workout than what I’m used to. TLDR: love the availability, the staff, the variety & the time efficient workouts!! My husband and I started Vibez before our wedding just off of class pass and liked it so much we just chose to become members there and quit class pass.
