Love this exercise studio, helpful staffs and excellent instructors. Impressive clean space which is very important for me. Highly recommend to try out this power plate vibration exercise.
I cannot say enough good things about Vibez Fit. This studio has truly changed my life. Great neighborhood work out studio. They offer a variety of class formats (strength training, Pilates, HIIT, yoga, etc.) all while working out on the vibration plate. Classes go by really quickly!
I have been a member since October 2023 and I absolutely love it! The classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun and because of the powerplate you don’t get as sore as a regular workout. All the instructors are amazing and the owners are super nice and helpful like if you have to pause your membership it is super easy.
Best workout classes I have ever done! The Power Plate uses many more muscles than a typical class so I have to workout fewer times a week with better results. It also has additional benefits worth reading about. The gym is very clean and all the instructors are great. Definitely give a class a try.
