I don't usually write reviews but the old but new school Vibrational Workout for the Mind, Body and Spirit is transformative from day 1! I did a Booty Vibez class with Catherine and she was such an open personality full of life and energy! Had such a great experience here! The lady at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming, which set a really positive tone right from the start. The instructor was incredibly supportive throughout the class and made the whole workout both fun and motivating. I tried the Booty 45 class, and honestly, it was amazing — a totally different style of workout than what I’m used to. TLDR: love the availability, the staff, the variety & the time efficient workouts!! My husband and I started Vibez before our wedding just off of class pass and liked it so much we just chose to become members there and quit class pass. I’ve been going to Vibez since early February and absolutely love it! The Power Plate workouts are intense but so effective - I’ve seen huge improvements in my balance, core strength, and overall muscle tone in just a few months. What I really appreciate is that everyone gets their own personal workstation, so you never feel crowded or self-conscious. I dropped in for a workout on Saturday morning while I was in town for my reunion. Space was great, and staff were professional, incredibly nice, and very helpful. Rob taught the class, and I had so much working out with him. I will definitely come back the next time I am in town!
