By far the best HIIT classes ever! The workouts are TOOO good. Fully functional moves and so effective. Gym is super clean and energy is amazing. Highly recommend!
I rejoined vibez by Sweat after taking time off, so glad I took the challenge and began my fitness, mindset journey. I've never been one to workout in the morning, but let me tell you, by doing so at 6am, my life changed. I became so much calmer and focused at work. The entire gym is a vibe, the workout, music, lights and intimate group... Jess and Jan are absolutely the best, thanks for all you do!!!!!
Gym was very big and has MANY machines, the staff was friendly and showed me around and gave me the run down. Definitely recommend if you are a serious about fitness. Only thing I did not like was that it felt a bit crowded with the machines but that’s something you can get over. Definitely recommend!
I LOVE IT HERE! My endurance & strength has not only come from my dedication to improve my mental & physical health but also from the support & encouragement of Jess & Jan. Workouts: 🔥 Members: 🙌🏽 Meal plans: 🔥 Joining back in 2018 was the best decision I ever made but I did unfortunately leave during the pandemic. I rejoined 6 weeks ago and I won't go into how miserable I was without Sweat in my life but I will say how amazing it feels to be back home!!!!
