I told myself I wasn’t gonna write this review because people make mistakes… but Sarah ruined my hair , asked other employees for advice about my hair and how long the foils should be left in WHILE I was in the chair with foils. Scary when you’re in that situation, very unprofessional. Who I assume was the owner or manager was very rude and unwelcoming. I’ve been in maybe 4 times now, and the experience is always amazing! Everyone is super nice, Haley (my stylist) is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and my hair always looks better than I had in mind!
I’m really happy with my visit. Sabrina is professional. The hair trim and treatment was wonderful, and my hair feels incredibly soft and refreshed. I truly appreciate her skill and care.
Diana was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and gave me just what I wanted.
