He changed my ac compressor and my ac never worked after I got kids and it’s hot as hell he just put Freon in it but it used to work before he touched it 0 stars
Amazing service and workmanship.
Try texting Ben for an answer to your question and you will not receive an answer. When he's open that's fine. But when his shop is closed and you text/call him? forget about it. You will have no other choice but to either wait until he opens or that there is no holiday going on. 1 star for customer service over the phone (if any).
The only HONEST and reliable mechanic around. I went to 3 different mechanics and paid over 1500 in repairs and nonsense, only for the car to break down a week later. I went to another shop and they told me it would be $4700 in repairs, I found Ben at Vibes auto repair and and explained my situation, he actually stopped what he was doing to thoroughly find the issue and within 1 hour was able to fix the issue for under $100. I will never use any other mechanic. They are all con artists and scammers. Ben really knows his stuf... read more
