Love this intimate, yet challenging class. The proprietor Mimi brings tons of energy and excitement to her choreography and tunes. The class has a club like feel and very addictive. Dougie, has also joined the Sweatvibes Instructor lineup and this parking is a powerhouse. This dynamic duo was formerly Kazaxe staff, I am happy they have branched off and moved on. This is a great class, very convenient location, inexpensive and worthwhile.
My first time was amazing! A great work out and they keep it FUN. Great for everyone. I'm really happy I went, and will certainly be back!
