Walked in looking for some RV shower parts. No signs of any staff. No signs of any way to call them from a back office or work shop. I shouted hello very loud in several locations on the sales floor. No one around. Found what I wanted but no one to take my payment. So I left. Did some other stuff and came back 30 mins later. Repeat of shouting hello to get response so I could pay . No response. Steve replaced or heating element in our rv water heater. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. His price to fix was very reasonable.
