Megan and Dawn are such caring and experienced trainers. They know and remember all my aches and pains and are constantly adjusting my workouts.They are THE best and Vibeology is THE best fitness program I've been on. Thanks to you both - you are keeping me mobile.

I started Vibes this past November, and have been in love since the trial. I have been a part of other fitness groups, and have never felt more welcome or encouraged than at Vibes. I never get bored with the workouts as they change them up ever time I go (which is 3 days/week) I love the fact that you never have to question if you're doing the move properly as the trainers are always watching to make sure that you are working out safely and effectively.
