Vibefit is by far the best gym I have been to in almost 35 years of going. It is inclusive of all without judgement and having fun is strongly encouraged. The coaches are experienced, real and so committed to supporting everyone succeed without any intense pressure. They are all unique and stand out. Excellent gym. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. Tainers assess your needs and plan accordingly and make modifications to plans as needed. The personalised attention and smaller groups give a friendly vibe with trainers and members being a great source of inspiration and encouragement. Your goals are shared goals and everyone celebrates your effort and achievement. If you are not sure where to start, this is the gym for you.
I have worked with Trainer Rach for more than a year now, and and she is second to none. Rach is knowledgeable, kind, encouraging and motivational. She pushes you to keep trying and challenge yourself, while also celebrating every win, big or small. Thanks to Rach and the Vibe team, I actually look forward to working out and going to thw gym!
