I have been attending VibeFit for a few years. They have helped me rehabilitate several injuries. The Trainers were also able to set specific workouts for me so I could still attend gym with a broken wrist. The environment and atmosphere the team has created is fun and supportive and no one is out of place.
I have been attending Vibefit Gladstone for over a year now and thoroughly enjoy the experience. Miki the manager and her team are a great group of people to work with. They are very knowledgable and work with people extremely well. I personally attend semi-private sessions which allows me to have programs developed specifically for me and my health issues. The coaches are amazing and everyone there is so supportive. Recently getting back into my health and fitness journey after a long….. time. I had been looking at gyms for a few months but nothing stood out like VibeFit, I tried the typical gym but that didn’t last very long. I have nothing but amazing things to say about VibeFit. It really has helped me improve my physical & mental health and fitness level. All the coaches are so nice, caring & helpful while also helping us consistently get 1% better everyday. If you’re looking for a positive & welcoming gym, I cannot recommend Vibe enough! Miki & her team are just amazing and genuinely do help change lives.
I started my fitness journey after having my kids. I immediately felt welcome and encouraged to better my fitness and strength. All the coaches cater to people of all abilities and fitness stages to better their strength and fitness. The creche and their minders are all welcoming of all the kids that attend the creche as well. Vibefit and all the people are like my second family now! ❤️
