Michelle was great!! She truly is such a delightful person, and was so accommodating and collaborative in helping me plan a sound bath event for my friends. This was my first time, and it was such an immersive and restorative experience. Highly recommend!
Michelle came to Malibu to do a private sound bath session for my girlfriends and I. It was my 40th bday weekend. I wanted to treat my friends to a relaxing Saturday morning in our backyard with the sounds of the birds and ocean breeze. She was so sweet and warm! I enjoy Michelle's sound baths so much! I've been to a handful of sound baths and every instructor has a different approach to how they lead their bath. I can honestly say that Michelle's sound baths have been my absolute favorite. The flow of the bath is so calming and energizing at the same time. I attended the baths through Yoga Darsana in Alhambra. I will definitely attend more baths by Michelle in the future! I definitely recommend you try it out with Michelle.
I have been practicing yoga with Michelle for the last 2 years and the experience has been incredible! Michelle makes it unique and personal creating a climate that transports you to the most perfect calm world. She guides you smoothly trough the class and takes you to the best that you can achieve. I am looking forward to my time with her every week.
Sound baths from Michelle are out of this world. It is a new adventure every time. Her knowledge of the instruments and what their frequencies do is truly amazing. Absolutely an 11/10 experience!!!
