I always have a wonderful experience with my specific stylist, who is incredibly professional and talented. However, I am concerned about the cleanliness of the shared building environment. There are often dogs roaming the suites, and I have encountered dog waste in the lobby and puppy pads in the common areas. I hope building management addresses these hygiene issues soon, as it detracts from an otherwise great service.
I loved my experience! Elia did a great job. She explained the service and the scalp massage was amazing. I'll be back!
