Im a mom of 3, i never get an oppertunity for a sitter so i made an appointment at another salon. I had a terrible experience at this other salon- they refused to color my hair due to what I assume is overbooking and gave me a terrible quick haircut- i left crying. Then I came into the VIBE salon asking Kelly for help at 530pm and she went WAY out of her way to fix my hair for me.
