Vibe Lounge is easily my favourite workout in Vancouver and on the North Shore! I train with Sandrine and also attend the small group classes. Sandrine and the other trainers are amazing! They’re experienced, attentive to form and safety, and bring such friendly, motivating energy to every session. The space is bright, clean, and equipped with high-tech machines. My favourite studio on the North Shore by FAR. Sandrine is so lovely and knowledgeable, I always leave the classes feeling accomplished and push myself to the next level. It's so nice to have someone ensuring my form is correct, and they offer such a great mixture of classes, from strength training to reformer pilates. 10/10 would recommend!!!
