Placed an order on June 20 that never arrived. I reached out but never received a response. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this business.
My order never arrived and the owner of the company is unresponsive. According to other recent reviews, this is a pattern. Steer clear!
After nearly28 days I get a email that my order is shipped . No response to my email nor anybody picks up the phone
Still haven't received my Scobys after more than two weeks and being charged more than $16 in shipping. Wrote the company about it and they never replied.
I have been brewing kombucha for probably about 6 years and have always used dehydrated scoby that you bring back to life. Sometimes you can wait a month for the scoby to come alive, but it doesn't really work. This is why I decided to try a live scoby when restarting my kombucha this time. All I can say is WOW! I ordered scoby from Vibe and they arrived in starter liquid ready to go.
