SOOO much better than regular gyms! It's like having a personal trainer guide you through varied workouts with attention and care in a group setting with fun people. Really nice owners. Creative atmosphere. High quality equipment. Good music. And no monthly membership fees - you can pay per class or buy a bundle to save money. Andrea is a goddess! She's helped me work through an ongoing injury through functional stretch and exercise and is able to change exercise plans on the fly if something isn't working for me. I can't wait until I'm able to take her Zumba class too!
