Very clean and tidy gym with all the equipment that you could ever use The manager is always helpful and even though it is smaller than other gyms in the area it has a good family atmosphere. It has classes at various times and a child minding area on certain days It is open 24/7and is conveniently located near the shops Give it a tryout and I'm sure you would be very pleased Also it is not as expensive as other gyms in the area. During the day it's never really busy.

Excellent suburban gym with modern equipment and lots of space. Rarely busy, super friendly management. I love training here.
Great gym, friendly staff & members & a safe environment to train
As a beginner, I was only shown how to use 1 machine. So it's very uncomfortable going. Not enjoying my experience at all and I signed up for 12 months. I was really excited about it too, now I just feel like an idiot when I go. Wish I was offered the 1 week trial before signing up.
