I come here mostly after 9pm because my schedule is tight, and that timing is still workable even though the gym is active. I focus on strength training, and the squat rack is usually available if I wait a little. One time the barbell collars were missing, but a staff member quickly brought replacements. Small things like that get handled without drama, which makes the place reliable enough for daily use.

This is a great gym that focuses more on strength than cardio, which aligns with my goals. I work with one of the trainers, and he's been great since day one, and I'm very happy with my progress so far (both in my body changes and my understanding and general knowledge now). They also have a boxing area, a golf simulator, and a massage therapist as well. Great gym. Signs saying they are expanding with saunas and new equipment. Would love to see some core machines. Overall a great place to dial in and train hard and can’t beat the 24hr access.
