I scheduled a carpet cleaning with this company. When the day arrived, the driver called me. I explained I lived on the fifth floor (Apt 517, as I had told the receptionist). He told me their equipment is truck-mounted, and there would be no way for them to service a fifth-floor apartment. Complete waste of my time. Driver was courteous, but this is a big failure.
