I’ve been to a lot of car washes, and Vibes Car Wash is by far one of the best because of the people who work there. Mikey and Iris always go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the customers instead of just trying to get people in and out. I’ve been washing my car here for five years—ever since it was under a different name—and never had any issues. However, on Sunday, July 5th, when I took it in for a wash, it came out with a broken cover and a bent license plate. I asked to speak to the manager and waited nearly 25 minutes, but he never showed up to resolve or discuss the matter; that’s why I’m giving the service one star.
