Great space, great class.
Maybe good for fitness but coaches there don't have clue what boxing is... fancy gym but teaches you nothing about boxing
VIBE is such a vibe! Every time I’ve taken a class here the energy brought on by the instructor is unmatched. I love the atmosphere with the dynamic lighting background. The workout made me feel like I was dying and they really push you to your limits which is everything you want in a training class. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a live class in Iowa City
