Owner came in and installed a Venmar last year at the end of summer season. Now that it’s summer again our AC is not working, Venmar also not working. They never calibrated or levelled the Venmar. At the time they took our 800$ thermostat off the wall and replaced it with a 100$ thermostat. When called to have this fixed they were blaming another contractor (our agent who takes care and installed our furnace and AC) told us because he came and looked at it that our warranty is now voided.
