As a busy office with lots of printing to be done, I went into panic mode when my printer started having 'internal error' messages. I contacted support and had a phone call where they logged in via QuickAssist and fixed the problem. They then sent out a technician to do a service on the machine. Very happy with the response time and the outcome. Highly recommend :-)

This has to be the worst company I've ever come across, they create more problems than they solve! Unfortunately the company I work for uses their services forcing us to deal with their incompetence. They promise to be on top of the replacement toner BEFORE it gets down to 0%. Guess what, now I can't even print in black and white because the MAGENTA is out! Then we are waiting DAYS for a replacement toner because it's the weekend. Last time this happened we asked to have spares but that's not allowed apparently. This is not ... read more
We use Viatek for all our office equipment, excellent company to have service our equipment.
My business has been involved with Viatek for fifteen plus years. The staff have been incredibly helpful with occasional emergencies when an urgent mailout is required and there is a jam in the system and "it has to go out today" panic. If you are talking with a salesperson - they know their product and, if unsure, make a point of checking then reconfirming with you.
