This has to be the worst company I've ever come across, they create more problems than they solve! Unfortunately the company I work for uses their services forcing us to deal with their incompetence. They promise to be on top of the replacement toner BEFORE it gets down to 0%. Guess what, now I can't even print in black and white because the MAGENTA is out! We use Viatek for all our office equipment, excellent company to have service our equipment.
My business has been involved with Viatek for fifteen plus years. The staff have been incredibly helpful with occasional emergencies when an urgent mailout is required and there is a jam in the system and "it has to go out today" panic. If you are talking with a salesperson - they know their product and, if unsure, make a point of checking then reconfirming with you.
