This is the worst ever place to buy any product. They put 50% off and sell the broken and unusable products. Got hair curler which is already broken and when I asked for the replacement as the product is not working the lady in the counter Alex she has very bad attitude and clearly a racist . She has got the worst ever attitude to deal a customer. Read the fine print carefully on return policy. Especially on unused hair styling products. Can only exchange, for similar products, just threw away 200 on an overpriced non returnable product unopened and within days of purchasing. After years of satisfactory product purchasing I could not believe how this place price gauges certain products and has a very sketchy/scammy product sells system and I used to be a frequent shopper here. Daughter loved her hair. Stylist was Matt. I'm going next time. Part II ✂️ We are going today and I'm getting my hair cut too. Matt is awesome. As I said above, my daughter had seen him before and her hair has never looked better. We both left today feeling so beautiful. Not only is our hair exactly the way we wanted it, we had a great time talking with Matt. Very professional and experienced. Knows his stuff and I just found out he is a hair colorist. Going back to get some highlights. Part III coming soon 🖌️
