Customer Service? Not something ViaStyle has. Bought Redken product. Got it home and used it once. It is not Redken. Doesn't look, smell, or feel the same. Since I used it once they won't allow an exchange or refund. Kept being told that it IS Redken. "I use the same thing sonI know it is". Very rude. Asked to speak to a manager. Nope. If you’re ever in the Nashua area and are looking for any and I mean any type of hair product I highly recommend visiting ViaStyle! It was the best experience and customer service I’ve had in a long time. Their employee Karen was so polite and respectful. Plus she was very knowledgeable about the products, I told her what I wanted for my hair and she just knew what I needed. Thank you so much Karen for your assistance, time and patience. It was a pleasure! I’ll definitely be back again !

Store in NH is very organized. Karen Foden is really awesome. I gave her 5 star because she always there to help me when I shop and she always give me good recommendations if I ask her questions.

This is the worst ever place to buy any product. They put 50% off and sell the broken and unusable products. Got hair curler which is already broken and when I asked for the replacement as the product is not working the lady in the counter Alex she has very bad attitude and clearly a racist . She has got the worst ever attitude to deal a customer. She was speaking very rude and making faces I have no other options but to drop the product for which I paid as there is no point of taking the worst product to home ..! The store ... read more
