This is a terrible company to work for. They will not give you any training and expect you to master a new job role. You can be the top performer for over a year in customer service reviews and performance and they will pick one random customer engagement and call you unprofessional. They do not have any employee handbook or guidelines to tell you these things so it is completely arbitrary. We were out of internet for a month. We still had to pay for service we could not access. We told their repair person not to come before 5pm, and yet they showed up before then and did not fix the issue. They claimed that they couldn't do anything to help or compensate because of "policy". We have permanently disconnected their services as of 12/31/25. No urgency to fix our services and no decency refund for use that we couldn't get.

I called them in August and cancelled my service. Paid my final bill. Sent my equipment back. They said something was missing. And that they would send me a box to send it in. No box came. I called 4 times and each time they said they would send it and don't send them back this piece without it. Ok. Box never came. Gave new address and old address both. Box never came. Called again. They said they had not charged me. Well today. November I got a charge on my credit card for a full months billing. 3 months later. Still no box... read more
