Didnt do what they promised they would do!!!! I had TWO employees tell me there was no contract, and no cancelation fees!!!!! That’s the ONLY reason I signed up for it!! Figured I’d try it out and see if it worked!!!! Then when I canceled, they charged me anyways!!! I gave all info on dates I talked to employees and what I was told on the phone about getting internet and no cancellation fee, and they still charged me cancellation fee!!! The service was absolutely terrible, the service horrible. then when I was going to disconnect my service they told me I had to pay $ 95.00 dollars, to have a service person come out to take down the satellite. then told me if I did not want to that they could send me a tool kit to take it down myself. then threatened to charge me three hundred dollars for the equipment I asked them to come get, I don't work for this damn company and I didn't dig a whole and install that satellite but they are making me take down what I did ... read more
We are staying at one of the cabin lodges at Pensacola Naval Air Station. I have called 3 times in 30 hours due to an outage. There are several cabins that are being affected by some faulty equipment. They just keep telling us they will not have an update until the technician assigned to the case comes out and completes the inspection. They also said that there is no estimated time frame for the tech to get here. They could not even verify if it would be this week. Seriously, that is completely ridiculous.
