We are staying at one of the cabin lodges at Pensacola Naval Air Station. I have called 3 times in 30 hours due to an outage. There are several cabins that are being affected by some faulty equipment. They just keep telling us they will not have an update until the technician assigned to the case comes out and completes the inspection. I recently moved to a rural area in KY where fiber internet isn’t available. I work remotely and require a steady internet connection. ViaSat takes advantage of customers in this area because there are few options here. I pay $227 a month for their Unleashed package and I’m only getting between 25 and 50 mps in download speeds. In addition, my internet service slows down after so much usage even though they sell the plan as unlimited. I do not recommend this service to anyone if you have other options in your area.

VIASAT OS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Price changes month by month. It’s extremely SLOW and constantly buffers.IT WORKS OK FOR 2 days and then after that it sucks I was paying about $200 a month and more SO………. I recommend Starlink. It works fast. Even in bad weather. And the price does NOT change.
