ViaSat claims that I didn’t return the dish on my house after we cancelled service due to ViaSat not being able to render correct services to me per the contract though I had to pay that in full. I then returned the dish to ViaSat headquarters through FedEx in early 2023. To this date, I am still getting negative affectation to my credit report and hassling from collectors that have no right to bother me. Your Internet speeds are TERRIBLE! Plus you're like the only option for this rural area. Either match your competitors speeds or get out of town and let them in! I could be getting 1000mbps vs the 25mbps I get on a good day with you all! You advertise UP to 150, but in reality it rarely ever gets above 50. Such BS.
Absolutely terrible internet, worse customer service. Better read all the terms and conditions because they will nickel and dime you with legal mumbo jumbo.
