I would put zero stars if that was possible. Worst internet service ever! Call customer service and no one speaks English. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH VIASAT! Get starlink.

Please read it all the through Terrible sales department and they make too many mistakes and wasted your time and money FYI So tilt that they customers services is no better ! I called The multiple times and complain each time elevated to the supervisor manager and then they got to the Contractor end of the day. They finished minimum damage to done and I think the turnaround making it better however it happened. I’ll give him five star now. Lesson be learn is that talk to them to make it up and hold them up for it !

ViaSat claims that I didn’t return the dish on my house after we cancelled service due to ViaSat not being able to render correct services to me per the contract though I had to pay that in full. I then returned the dish to ViaSat headquarters through FedEx in early 2023. To this date, I am still getting negative affectation to my credit report and hassling from collectors that have no right to bother me.
