Helpful and knowledgeable. I needed parts for my tractor hydraulics and they had my parts in stock. A word of caution, the Floyd location on Canning Factory Rd isn't going to show up on Google Maps. The GPS location is 36°52'18.0"N 80°20'55.7"W.
Took 1 month and 2 weeks to get my tractor back it cost 1950 dollars and was only 300 in parts. I talked him down to 1650 because I had to take it back for a 2nd after it broke down in 20 min of use. When I took it back he made me drive my tractor at his shop till it broke down just to prove it did. Overall tractor is finally fixed but the most expensive bill I've ever payed to fix anything in my lifetime.
