I called for an appointment, and they got me in within a couple hours that same day. I had a broken valve stem and my tire was unable to receive air. They fixed the tire super quickly, and didn't even charge me. I was super surprised. I feel I should have been charged at least 30 for them to take it into the garage and replace the bad stem piece, but they were super kind.
