Didn’t help when we needed it
I had a very disappointing experience with Sullivan Tire. Before dropping off my vehicle, I specifically called and confirmed that I would not be charged just to diagnose the issue. I was told "bring it in no worries, we gotcha" Based on that information, I brought my vehicle in. When I picked it up, I was unexpectedly charged $200 for the diagnosis. I needed my breaks done, and Sullivan Tire was recommended by a few friends. Friendly staff and prompt service, will be back in the future.
I went to Sullivan with a flat tire and they were able to order and replace the tire same day. They were very efficient and super accommodating as I had my two toddler sons with me! Very reasonable priced also, highly recommend them.
